CBD laneway development taking shape
The roof structure is finished and developer Martin Locke has shared a video update as construction of Townsville’s new Flinders Lane project continues.
Mr Locke’s firm is delivering the public laneway development for the Townsville City Council.
The CBD venue will feature a two-storey retail/food and beverage precinct opening out onto an interactive public laneway with a stage and amphitheatre.
Businesses involved in the project include Magnetic Steel Works, Guucci Roofing, Australian Professional Galvanizing, Franzmann Plumbing, Electrotek Qld, Patriot Crane. . .
