NAIF backing for hospital car park development
A $19.75 million NAIF loan has been approved towards Townsville Mater Private Hospital's ongoing redevelopment project.
The Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility loan will fund construction of a 400-space, six-level car park to be built at the hospital’s Pimlico campus.
The project, to be completed in September 2021, is expected to support 12 full-time construction jobs
