Taurus Funds Management has completed a takeover of Foxleigh mine operator Realm Resources.

Taurus was an 85 per cent shareholder of Realm prior to buying out minority shareholders via a takeover offer.

Realm’s existing management team is expected to remain in place following the takeover, with little change operationally at Foxleigh

The Foxleigh metallurgical coal mine, 12km south-west of Middlemount,
is an open-cut, truck and excavator operation, producing premium low-volatile PCI coal.
