An industry-led analysis of research and development priorities for minerals (excluding coal) in Queensland will be the focus of a webinar tomorrow (June 23).

The analysis is based on interviews with industry, researchers and government staff and is a collaboration between the University of Queensland, the Queensland Resources Council, the Queensland Exploration Council and the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy.

Professor Rick Valenta from the University of Queensland’s Sustainable Minerals Institute will discuss the analysis in a webinar from 9am to 10am tomorrow.
