Opportunities in tourism and trade are highlighted in the 2016 Queensland Major Projects Report. The report,  an initiative of the Queensland Major Contractors Association and Construction Skills Queensland, highlights the opportunities and calls for better cooperation between the private sector and government. The urgency in the call comes from other findings which show construction work in Queensland next year is expected to fall to 75 per cent of its peak in 2012/13.
