Kenfrost honoured in state development awards
Cairns-based developer Kenfrost has taken out one of the top honours in this year's Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland Awards for Excellence.
The company won the CEO's Award for its work on Mount Peter Residential Estate in Cairns' southern corridor, as well as being a finalist in the affordable housing category.
It has completed 288 lots out of a proposed total of about 1000 lots in the development, which kicked off in 2015.
UDIA Queensland chief executive officer Kirsty Chessher-Brown described Mount Peter Residential Estate as a living example of the industry’s determination. . .
