Community service common among training awards winners
A mother of two from Townsville has taken out the Vocational Student of the Year at the 2020 Queensland Training Awards.
Ngaire Trigg undertook a Diploma of Community Development at TAFE Queensland and is now working at St Benedict’s Catholic School in Townsville.
Townsville-based Not for profit mental wellbeing services provider selectability Limited took out the Medium Employer of the Year category.
The company operates in a number of regional communities, with a focus on North Queensland.
