Ripple Resources acquisition deal executed

Public unlisted company Auburn Resources has entered an agreement to acquire Armour Energy subsidiary Ripple Resources.

Ripple holds a number of mineral exploration tenements in Queensland and the Northern Territory considered to be prospective for zinc, lead, and gold - including Nicholson in North West Queensland.

The deal would see Armour transfer its interests in Ripple to Auburn for the allotment of 5,600,000 fully paid ordinary Auburn shares.

This would leave Armour holding about 12.5 per cent of Auburn, with completion of the transaction expected to occur in April 2021. . .

Armour sheds lead/zinc assets to focus on oil and gas

Armour Energy is selling its Ripple Resources portfolio in Northern Australia to unlisted company Auburn Resources.

Ripple currently holds a number of mineral exploration tenements in Queensland and the Northern Territory considered to be prospective for lead and/or zinc.
