Mackay gears up for QME 2020 after setback
The countdown is on for QME 2020 in Mackay, with registrations now open for the major exhibition.
Traditionally held in late July, Queensland Mining & Engineering Expo has moved back to September 22-24 in what is expected to be a great boost to the local economy in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.
Reed Exhibitions said it had been working with key government departments and partners to put together a comprehensive health and safety plan for the event.
QME is expected to feature more than 200 suppliers as well as hosting a free-to-attend seminar series.
