Parmi-led recovery for Outback venues
How good are Outback parmis? Good enough to have their own Facebook page, for a start.
The Mount Isa Tourism Association has developed an initiative to get people out and about to support the pubs, clubs, roadhouses and cafes of North West Queensland.
The group is encouraging the region's residents to travel to their next town, or further, in the quest to sample the very best parmigianas the region plates up.
Then it is a simple matter of taking a selfie with their parmi and sharing on the dedicated Outback Pub Parmi Facebook page - . . .
