The Sustainable Minerals Institute’s Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre (JKMRC) has added to its research capability with the announcement of a High Temperature Processing Research group.

Streaming solution as COVID-19 keeps researchers off site

As COVID-19 restrictions put the brakes on site visits, mineral processing experts from Queensland's Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre (JKMRC) took a new approach to keep key work on track.

Surveying, diagnosing and identifying improvement opportunities for processing plants generally requires teams to travel to a mine site, to undertake hands-on testing alongside mine personnel
