Piccadilly drilling program underway

Cannindah Resources kicked off drilling at its Piccadilly gold project, 60km north of Charters Towers, over the weekend. The initial program will cover about 23 locations with more than 2500m of RC holes.

Cannindah said recent trenching results at the project had provided excellent targets, which the company intended to pursue in current drilling along with other areas of interest within the project.

Strong showing for Century's Silver King mine hope

The Silver King deposit continues to shine for New Century Resources, with strong silver assays including results up to 580g/t silver.

The company has now received assays from 16 out of 30 holes completed at the site, part of its Century mining lease.

Mount Flora results ‘exceed expectations’

Duke Exploration says it has again doubled the mineralised area at Mount Flora, within its flagship Bundarra copper project in Central Queensland, after new drill results.

The first hole targeting a VTEM (versatile time domain electromagnetic) plate anomaly north of Mount Flora successfully intersected visible copper mineralisation in stacked veins from 47m to a depth of 225m.

Duke described this as a critical advance in understanding thesource of the regional VTEM anomalies at Bundarra and the scale of the copper and silver mineralisation at Mount. . .

Mount Flora blossoms for Duke Exploration

Results from the first completed line of resource drilling at Mount Flora in Central Queensland have more than doubled the understood zone of copper, silver and gold mineralisation.

Duke Exploration this week released the first assay results from the ongoing resource drilling program at Mount Flora, within its flagship Bundarra copper project, about 50km east of Moranbah.
