This year’s Capricorn Enterprise Major Projects and Industry Forum is set to feature global supply chain futurist James Lisica (pictured right) as keynote speaker.
The event will be held on September 18 at the Jabiru Events Centre, Yeppoon.
Themed sessions will include of speakers focusing on regional projects in sectors including:

- Resources/Mining
- Construction/Property Development
- Manufacturing
- Tourism/Major Events
- Local, State and Federal government investment
Capricorn Enterprise chief executive officer Mary Carroll said the forum remained a key event for the region’s business and investment community.
“The Major Projects and Industry Forum has become an important platform to bring together decision-makers, industry leaders and the broader community to better understand the scale of investment and opportunity in CQ, particularly the Capricorn Coast and Rockhampton,” she said.
“We are seeing exciting activity across sectors including energy, resources, construction, manufacturing and tourism. This forum is about connecting those dots — providing insight, encouraging collaboration and ensuring our region is well positioned to capitalise on this growth in a sustainable and strategic way.”
