The Toondoon kaolin project, about 20km south of Mundubbera, is central to Zeotech’s plans for a high-reactivity metakaolin manufacturing operation at Bundaberg, producing its trademarked AusPozz product.

Zeotech has also executed an offtake agreement valued around $200 million for kaolin direct-shipping ore from the project.

The Toondoon project comprises an approved mining lease (ML80126) and two exploration permits for minerals (EPM 27395 & 27866), with a footprint spanning more than 28,000ha.

It hosts an established JORC measured and indicated mineral resource of 10.87Mt from a subset of grey, pink, and white kaolin clay classified as measured and indicated resources (measured 4.03Mt and indicated 6.84Mt).
