Bindi gets the drill bit spinning at Biloela project
Bindi Metals has launched its maiden RC drilling program at the Biloela copper-gold project in Central Queensland.
The project is located 40km west of Cannindah Resources’s Mount Cannindah project, which recently recorded world-class drill intercepts of 1022m at 0.5 per cent copper equivalent.

Bindi has mobilised a rig to site and plans a 3000m program to test five high-priority prospects.
It will follow up promising previous results including 12m grading at 1.8 per cent copper and 0.45 g/t gold at Great Blackall, including 2m at 9.4 per cent copper and 2.1 g/t gold from 20m.
Rock chip sampling points to high-grade outcropping mineralisation including more than 1.5 km at greater than 0.5 g/t gold and up to 13 g/t gold and 5 per cent copper at the Flanagans prospect.
“We are excited to get drilling underway at the Biloela project for its maiden RC drill program,” Bindi Metals executive director Henry Renou said.
“The company has defined several high-priority drill targets that will be tested with the potential to discover major deposits and we are eagerly awaiting results.
“We thank all stakeholders involved in the process including our local contractors and landowners, as well as our shareholders for their continued support.”
